WSU can try, but it can't solve drug problems
This university, unlike older, traditional universities such as University of Dayton, is 84 percent commuter students, according to the 2007 Student Fact Book. This means there's a larger flow of traffic.
It also means it's harder to keep non students, faculty and staff off campus.

The Launching Pad is closing its doors, making it the second business in a week to announce it was leaving the Village.
Alan Maugherman, The Launching Pad founder, said the music venue was closing Nov. 1 after a unanimous decision by the Full Circle Arts Co-op, the group that runs the business.

Inside the front doors of the Muncie Children's Museum, a group of men dressed in head-to-toe black are idling on the stairs. One man wears heavy eyeliner and a choker, and others fill the corridor clad in variations of this black uniform for one purpose: they want to terrify you.
