Students, faculty and community members are questioning recommendations in the Report of the Regional Campus Committee that would affect the future of all Miami University's regional campuses. Miami highlights strong points with Centers of Excellence

During a time of financial insecurity, the University System of Ohio (USO) is working to improve higher education in public universities statewide. A total of 15 universities have self-identified "Centers of Excellence" after Chancellor Eric D. MU selects Hey as interim Middletown dean

After the resignation of Kelly Cowan in May as dean of Miami University Middletown, Provost Jeffery Herbst has named Jeanne Hey as interim dean of the campus. Herbst has been searching for Cowen's replacement and announced Monday that Hey, professor of political science and director of Miami's international studies program, will take on the position for the 2009-10 school year.… Post the First Comment
