After officers apprehended the male, he continued to struggle until he wiggled out of his shirt.

Officers noted in the report that he smelled strongly like alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.

He was transported to OPD and identified as Miami student Thomas W. Campbell, 19.

When officers asked him why he ran, he allegedly explained that he was about to urinate, had his pants unzipped, zipped them up and got scared. He was taken to McCullough-Hyde Hospital for minor injuries then transported to Butler County Jail.

Campbell was cited for resisting arrest, underage consumption, disorderly conduct and littering.

Officers arrived and woke the male up. The male was reportedly disoriented and thought he was at his own apartment, located a couple of blocks away.

It was not until he walked around the apartment for a bit that he realized that he was not in his own apartment.

He was identified as sophomore Michael Rocco, 19, and police reported that he had a strong odor of alcohol about him.

Kanoza stated in the report that he did not want Rocco charged
