MU baseball home to great spring-time fun

Like any sport, the team needs fan support. Two years ago the 'Hawks made it to the NCAA Tournament, and last year came up just short in the MAC Tournament. This year with a solid young team led by junior Jordan Petraitis, look for the RedHawks to make a strong push towards another postseason run. The team's schedule offers fans numerous opportunities to come out in support. Including Tuesday's game, the RedHawks will play 20 home games before graduation. That is a lot of baseball for fans to enjoy, and if you've never experienced a game, I highly suggest you come out and support the team.
So I've done all the pleading I can do. What more can I put under your noses to entice you to come out to McKie Field? There's no waiting in long lines for hours on end. You will get a good seat to see a great baseball team. And if you get hungry, the food is the best of any Miami sporting event with a full grill lit and ready to serve in addition to classic ballpark snacks of peanuts and cracker jacks-you won't care if you never get back (sorry for the reference, couldn't help myself).
There's still snow outside, but at McKie Field, spring has begun. Under the lights March 11, the RedHawks are finally back in town.
