Unknown visitor found sleeping in MU junior's bed
At 4:14 a.m. Saturday police responded to a report of burglary at 200 N. Beech St.
When officers arrived on the scene, a Miami University junior told them she had returned home at approximately 4:15 a.m. to find an unknown male sleeping in her bed.
The junior reported there was vomit on her bedroom carpet and urine covering her bathroom floor.
When officers woke the male up, they asked him if he was in his room, and the male answered that he was.
Officers reportedly asked him if he liked the color pink because of the room's decor.
The male was identified as Adam Tzagournis, 19, of Fort Lee, NJ. Tzagournis was reportedly visiting a friend who attends Miami University.
Tzagournis was brought back to OPD headquarters where he sobered up enough for police to release him.
He was charged with underage intoxication, criminal mischief and criminal trespass and was released to his friend after sobering up in an OPD cell.
Officers respond to naked Miami student at apartments
At 11:00 p.m. Sunday officers reported to 5262 Brown Road after receiving reports of a male walking around the apartment complex naked.
Upon arrival, police reportedly found a male wearing only a shirt walking around the complex with his private parts exposed.
Officers reported that there were other people in the area, including children who were looking out of one of the apartment windows.
The man was identified as junior Ryan Britton, 20. Britton was charged with public indecency and transported to his on-campus residence.
First-year throws glass bottle at Stadium Bar door
At 2:15 a.m. Sunday morning Oxford Police stopped a male subject for allegedly throwing a bottle at the back door to Stadium Bar after being kicked out. Employees followed him and pointed him out to police.
When asked for his ID he said he didn't have it, but police felt a wallet-like object and retrieved his ID.
He was identified as first-year Adam Sadur. He was found to be intoxicated, under the age of 21 and in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
He was charged with underage intoxication and drug abuse.
Student attempts to use fake ID, flees Brick Street Bar
Just before midnight Saturday night an OPD officer noticed a male student running past him in front of the OPD.
According to the police report, seconds later, a doorman from Brick Street Bar approached the officer and said the man who had run by had given him a fake Indiana ID to try and gain entry into the bar.
The officer found the male near King Library and identified him as first-year John Abraham, age 19.
According to reports, he had a strong odor of alcoholic coming from his mouth and admitted to consuming several beers that evening and trying to use the ID.
He was cited with underage intoxication after the officer observed six out of six clues during a Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus.
Male vomits on US flag pole, OPD issue underage citation
Just before 2 a.m. Sunday morning near the Oxford municipal building an officer on bike patrol noticed a male subject vomiting on the U.S. flag pole in front of the city building.
Police identified him as first-year Robert J. Burns. Burns stated he had been drinking and had a very strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his mouth.
He was taken into custody and walked to the OPD where he was issued a citation for underage intoxication.
